Versa Spillway
Gravity does the work.
A Spillway is the Versa nozzle on its own. No body assembly, no pump, no balancing. It sets into a raised wall or bond beam and lets gravity carry water over a finished edge. Twelve or 18 inches long, three widths, four profiles, seven finishes that all price the same.
The Spillway is the entry point to the Versa line, and it is deliberately the least complicated thing we make. There is no body assembly and no pressurized feed. Water arrives by gravity or low pressure from a raised structure, crosses the nozzle, and falls clean.
That makes it the right call for spa spillovers, raised bond beams, and scupper walls where the elevation change is already doing the work. When a job needs pump-fed delivery or self-balancing across multiple outlets, Spout and Spout Pro pick up from here.
What You Specify
Three standard nozzle widths at 2, 4, and 6 inches. Standard height is fixed at 2 inches. Two lengths at 12 and 18 inches. All dimensions are called out as inside dimension, with the quarter-inch ABS wall adding a half inch to width and height on the outside.
Four profiles: Square, Bevel, Angle, and Scallop. Square is the base. The other three carry the same fee as one another, so the choice is aesthetic rather than budgetary.
Seven finishes: White, Black, Gray, Tan, Hammered Copper, Hammered Bronze, and Hammered Silver. Every finish prices identically. Versa ships painted on nearly every order, so the finish is part of the product rather than an upcharge. Pick the one the job wants.
Modifications
Dimensions between standards round up to the next standard size and carry a modification fee per dimension changed. Anything past the standard range, a non-standard profile, or a non-standard material goes to a custom quote. Because Spillway height is fixed at 2 inches, any other height is custom by definition.
